What’s in our Business Recovery Program?

Our Business Recovery Program (BRP) is a call to arms for you and your business.  BRP is a 2 stage program aimed at getting you the best result possible and removing the crushing burden of stress.

Stage 1 is the Analysis Stage to determine the best course of action for you and your business.

Stage 2 is the Action Stage where we enter into a REHAB or EXIT strategy.

REHAB Strategy

Our REHAB strategy is where we determine that your business can be saved and YOU want it to be save.  The process we follow is not only to put in place the strategy to save your business but also provide you with the tools and systems to stop it happening again.  The process consists of 3 stages:

1. Debt Relief Program is where we evaluate your debt and negotiate with your creditors resulting in reduced debt and/or viable repayment terms.
2. Cashflow Recovery is where we evaluate your cashflow and take action to increase cash inflows and reduce cash outflows. This may also result in a debtor management program to collect monies owed to you.
3. Future Proofing is where we put systems and coaching in place to ensure you never go down the same path again.

EXIT Strategy

Sometimes a business may be beyond saving and the best option to cut your losses.  Our EXIT Strategy consists of either:

Value Extraction is where we prepare your business for sale so that it’s value can be maximized’ or

Controlled Wind up is where we need for legal reasons to wind up the business.  The best way to control the process is to get on the front foot and do it in an orderly manner so as to protect your assets as much as possible with an option to start over without the burden of the debt weighing you down.

How much does our Business Recovery Program cost?

The cost varies for each stage we undertake:

Analysis stage                    $660

Actions Stage – REHAB

Debt Relief                            11% of the debt we successfully have written down (Capped at $16500)

Cashflow Recovery            Charged by the facility used so this may vary

Future Proofing                   See our Prosperity Package

Actions Stage – EXIT

Value Extraction               $2200 plus business broker fees which may vary

Controlled wind up          $5500 plus liquidator and/or bankruptcy trustee fees
